Clean Slate Mobile Detailing ("Clean Slate," "we," "us") is a premium mobile car detailing service based in Missoula, Montana. These terms govern bookings made through our website, by phone, or by text. By booking a detail with us, you agree to the terms below.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and hold your appointment. Your time slot is not reserved until the deposit is paid. The deposit is collected securely through Square at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due on the day of service, once your detail is complete. Deposits are processed through Square; the balance can be settled by the payment methods we accept at completion.
Life happens — reach out as early as you can and we'll do our best to find a new time that works.
Listed prices are starting points. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of your vehicle — heavily soiled interiors, excessive pet hair, oversized vehicles, and similar factors may adjust the total. Campers and RVs are priced individually by quote, since no two rigs are the same. We confirm your price before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Clean Slate gift cards are digital and are redeemable toward any of our services. If the gift card value is more than the service total, the unused balance rolls over and stays available for a future detail. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We're a fully mobile service and come to you across Missoula, MT, Lolo, and the Bitterroot. To complete your detail, we may need reasonable access to your vehicle and, for exterior services, an outdoor space at your location. We'll let you know what's needed when you book.
Because we work outdoors, weather can affect the quality of a detail. If conditions won't allow us to deliver our standard of work, we'll reach out to reschedule — rescheduling for weather is always free.
