Do I need to be home during the detail? +

No — you don't need to be present. Simply leave your vehicle unlocked with keys accessible, and we'll handle everything. We send photos when we're done and are always reachable at (406) 595-2391 if you have any questions mid-appointment.

Do you bring your own water and power? +

We arrive with all of our professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment ready to go. For exterior services, we do require access to an outdoor hose and a standard power outlet at your location. We'll let you know what's needed when you book, and as long as you have a driveway or outdoor space with those available, we're good to go.

What happens if the weather is bad? +

We keep a close eye on the forecast and will reach out ahead of time if conditions look like they'll affect the quality of your detail. Heavy rain, snow, or below-freezing temps may require rescheduling — we'd rather wait for the right conditions than deliver a result we're not proud of. Rescheduling for weather is always free.

How often should I get my car detailed? +

For most drivers in Bozeman, every 3–4 months is the sweet spot. Montana winters are hard on paint and interiors — UV exposure, mud, and grime build up fast. Our ceramic sealant (included in Gold Exterior and Platinum) extends the time between full details by protecting your paint from the elements.

What's your cancellation policy? +

We require at least 4 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment result in forfeiture of your 50% deposit. Rescheduling with more than 4 hours' notice is always free — life happens and we get it.

How does the deposit work? +

We collect a 50% deposit at the time of booking via Stripe — it's secure, instant, and takes under a minute. The remaining balance is due when your detail is complete. Your appointment spot is not held until the deposit is paid.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe for the deposit, and accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or cash for the balance at completion. Whatever is easiest for you works for us.

Do you service trucks, SUVs, and vans? +

Absolutely. All vehicles are welcome — sedans, coupes, crossovers, full-size SUVs, trucks, and vans. Larger vehicles take more time and materials, so pricing adjusts accordingly. Select your vehicle size during booking or call us for a quick quote at (406) 595-2391.

What's the difference between a detail and a regular car wash? +

A car wash removes surface dirt. A detail goes much deeper — extracting embedded grime from carpet fibers, steam-cleaning every surface, conditioning leather, decontaminating paint with a clay bar, and sealing it with a ceramic protectant. The difference is visible and lasting, not just a surface shine that washes off in the first rain.

Do you come to my location, or do I drop off? +

We come to you — that's the whole point. Home, office, gym, wherever your car is parked. We cover Bozeman, Belgrade, Livingston, and surrounding areas with no mobile surcharge. The price you see is the price you pay.
